These terms apply to the ClipMind website and the ClipMind Direct purchase flow.

Direct Distribution

ClipMind is distributed from the official website as ClipMind Direct. The Direct build uses website download, Stripe checkout, and signed license tokens delivered by clipmind.flyee.tech.

When you purchase ClipMind Direct, you receive a digitally delivered license token for the Direct build. That token is shown on the activation page after successful checkout and can be reissued to the purchase email later through License Help.

Billing

The current ClipMind Direct offer on clipmind.flyee.tech is a US$14.99 one-time purchase unless a different offer is clearly shown at checkout.

Taxes, currency conversion, and payment handling for Direct purchases are determined by Stripe and your payment method.
