Before You Email
Include as many of these details as you can:
- your macOS version
- your ClipMind version
- whether you installed the current Direct build from the website
- what you expected to happen
- what actually happened
- the exact steps that reproduce the issue
Common Issues
The hotkey is not working
Open ClipMind Settings → General and confirm your keyboard shortcut clipboard manager setting. If another app already uses the same key combination, choose a different shortcut and try again.
A Direct token does not activate
Make sure you installed the current Direct build from the website. Direct tokens activate from Settings → License inside the Direct build.
The recovery email does not arrive
Check spam or promotions first, then use License Help again with the exact email used during Direct checkout. If it still does not arrive, email support with any Stripe reference you still have.
Search results seem stale or incomplete
If you recently moved storage, imported data, or suspect the index is outdated, rebuild the clipboard history search index from ClipMind settings and try the query again.
Can I change where data is stored?
Yes. You can migrate existing clipboard data into a custom directory directly from ClipMind settings.
Will ClipMind slow down my Mac?
No. ClipMind is designed to stay lightweight when idle. It focuses on clipboard monitoring, local storage, and fast lookup.

- For Direct refund requests, review the Refund Policy and email support with your purchase email and Stripe reference.
